Kalavasos Hosts Heartfelt Charity Event for Europa Donna Cyprus

Kalavasos recently opened its heart with a beautiful event dedicated to supporting Europa Donna Cyprus. The community gathered on Sunday, November 3, in the village square for a Charity Festival of Love, raising funds and awareness for breast cancer support and advocacy.

From pottery and silk art to pumpkin decorating and crafts with recycled materials, there was something for everyone. The 289 Air Scouts of Agia Fyla, organized fun games for children, while Copper Mountain Archers Cyprus offered archery lessons in the churchyard—adding a bit of adventure to the day.

Educational Talks & Musical PerformancesAdding to the event’s enriching atmosphere, violinist Daniela enchanted the crowd with a live performance at 15:30, creating a warm, communal vibe in the heart of the village. Later, at 16:00, an important talk titled “Breast Cancer: What You Need to Know” provided valuable information and insights, strengthening the cause of health awareness.

Local Delicacies & Raffle PrizesVisitors also enjoyed browsing stalls of local products, savoring the flavors of Kalavasos.
